1. Why is the brand called Amarok Sports?

"Amarok" draws from Inuit mythology—a powerful, legendary wolf symbolizing strength, endurance, and hunting prowess. It perfectly captures what we build: tough, reliable accessories that help you dominate the field, whether in speedsoft skirmishes or long Milsim ops.

2. Where is Amarok Sports based, and what's your story?

We're a Taiwan-based manufacturer founded in 2010, with our team bringing over 30 years of combined experience in designing and producing high-quality airsoft accessories. Starting as an OEM specialist, we've grown into our own brand focused on delivering innovative, practical gear at accessible prices—now with direct distribution in the US, Europe, UK , Japan and beyond.

5. Are your magazines compatible with my gun?

Our magazines are designed for compatibility with most major brands, including Krytac, VFC, G&G, E&L, Cyma, LCT, Bolt, Wolverine MTW, Arcturus, Elite Force, Specna Arms etc. Click here for the current list of compatible airsoft guns.

6. What RPS (rounds per second) can I expect?

Official testing in a controlled environment used various moderately upgraded airsoft guns (faster motors, ECU, 25C LiPo batteries, some with dual sector gears and M120 springs) and .32g BBs, showing:

AM160M: 40 - 45 RPS
AM190M: 30 - 35 RPS
AM250M: 30 - 35 RPS
AM240K: 30 - 35RPS

Actual performance depends on your gun's gearbox/motor, battery, hop-up alignment, and BB quality. Your experience may vary.

7. What BBs should I use?

Use high-quality seamless BBs in 0.25g–0.32g range (BLS, G&G, Rebel, Elite Force, Specna Arms or equivalent bio BBs where required). Avoid cheap, re-used, or dirty BBs—they cause the majority of feeding issues in any mid-cap.

8. Do your magazines need cleaning or maintenance?

Yes—like all mid-caps, occasional cleaning helps long-term reliability. Factory lube is present; disassemble (they're user-serviceable), clean internals if feeding becomes inconsistent after heavy use or storage. Lightly re-lube the follower/spring if needed. Most users report reliable performance with minimal maintenance when using good BBs.
